Hey Phil! Sorry about your housing. But great report as usual. Never thought I'd enjoy so much a "dive" report about a hawk and owl (cool eyes). Any chance I'll see you out there next Sunday? I'm bringing a good size group who have all been chompin at the bit. As Don will no doubt read this...yes, some of his favorites are coming ;-) I will keep a leash on the kids though. No playing in the pool or making x-rated sand sculptures on the new beach. We might actually bring Terranea some unexpected business. My wife is itching to try out their new spa.
