Fair enough.

The reality is that "we" (meaning al of us) have to figure out that magic formula that means divers pay what they thing is fair, boats charge the shops enough for the boat to make a profit, the shops make a reasonable profit off of that fair-to-divers amount, etc., etc. Because if we can't fix that - and soon (and some of it is perceptual ratyher than real) - there will be drastic long-lasting and destructive changes that will affect all of us.
