Zhi Y. Chen admitted to having four abalone over the limit. He was placed on a 12-month probation, ordered to forfeit his gear and abalone, ordered not to fish without a license, and was fined $1,714.

Raymond N. Lau pleaded guilty to misdemeanor conspiracy and commercial taking of abalone (12). He was banned for life from fishing in the ocean and fined $15K with $10K suspended, and sentenced to 30 days in Mendocino County Jail.

Jia R. Li had three abalone over the limit. He was placed on a 12-month probation, ordered to forfeit gear, abalone, and fishing privileges, and fined $1,606.

Mun H. Ng took one abalone over the limit and was placed on a 12-month probation, ordered not to fish and to forfeit his abalone and gear, and was fined $1,398.

Jonathan Truong had four abalone over the limit. He was placed on a 12-month probation with a loss of fishing privileges and fined $1,714.
