As this thing gets drawn out even more, a vital flaw in our system shows up. The plaintiff has the right to go out and publicize his "ordeal" and every time something happens in the case, the local "news" reprises the event over and over again, with no new facts. In the meantime, the defendants can't say a word, less they hinder their case.
