Apparently the master lease holders (landlords) for some of the marinas have been asked by the DHS to please not let any guests of Comm vessels (dive boats, Etc.) to roam free at night if there are no "hands" onboard, or if there's no paid security at their marina. So folks, check your sleep over status with your dive boat Capts before you plan to stay onboard the night before.
