Thanks Ken, N/A "not being enforced" at the Quarry will work for a while. Glad Wrigley will remain the same.

Moorings at Farns has ALWAYS been an issue. My time with the Conservancy tells me it's sooo doable, this ain't rocket science. A few donated cans and tackle from the Coasties, a couple strategically placed "Logos" for the company that installs/maintains the cans (College of Oceaneering?)

A feasibility study by the DFG will be vee'toad, won't happen, THEY have NO cash! Maybe we can convince NOAA or Scripps to help out??

We can do this project, it can't be tougher than CS2R, Haa!
