That's 30 nautical miles, give or take. Figure a good diver can
swim a half knot. That means 60 hours. Generously, you have 12
hours of daylight in October. That means 48 hours over the four
days. 48 is less than 60.

Further, there's a great deal of that coast where there's not much
in the way of coastal access to change divers.

Have you actually run a short (say, four-mile) test?

What are you doing for escort boats?
