Creative!
I had a supervisor who did that once where I worked about 20 years ago. She had a MG Midget, and, she was always parked at the "No Parking" sign. If anyone else parked in "her" space, she would call and the police would issue them a ticket. They look very real. It worked for a loooongggg time.
