That next one is neat... I took my wife out one night in the inflatable off of Point Loma in the kelp. While I was diving,
something came up under it and made it spin around. It didn't bother her.

Another time in the day, we watched the big whale watching boat outside the Point Loma kelp looking for life. Way in the kelp we
were surrounded by porpoises.

I spent a day sailing around Ventura Harbor with a friend. ... Nice day. We had gone into the harbor and were heading out again.
I commented how odd that we weren't seeing much sea life. A minute later a young Gray Whale breached in front of us. I
guess that made up for it.

Yah, isn't it great just taking in the night. If I wake late on a boat, I always go up on deck for a while. When diving, I like
to haul out and look for shooting stars.
