If the DFG is so concerned about the lobster populations, why were they at San Nicolas Island on the last Saturday of last years closing weekend. I was the ONLY vessel there--seems to me they should have been at Catalina where they would actually encounter lobster takers??? There is a LOT of room for improvement!
