Mystery solved |

Based on Gary McDonald's images*, it appears to be a Barentsia species, possibly Barentsia ramosa. McDonald describes the stalks as being as long as 10mm, which seems to comport with it's size relative to the worm tube. Thank you Kevin and Phil! *Intertidal Invertebrates of the Monterey Bay Area, California.
