| Green water |

Posted by Merry on July 13, 2017 at 10:44:08: Phytoplankton growth is in full swing around Palos Verdes, changing our water color in places to a deep, emerald green, or gray-green, or even icky brown. To me, plankton comprises some of the most fascinating marine life, so out of burning curiosity, I collected water samples during our dives and put them under the microscope.
