I only have a few videos of Daytona(near the pier), and they are too big to email to myself to post from that trip. The guys we are working with have been doing these surveys for almost 40 yrs, and there was no mention from them about a lack of kelp at east or west dutch or anywhere else on the island. We spent 3 nights at Dutch in october and there was plenty of kelp. The lobster guys dont fish that side much as there are not many bugs. Dutch has very few traps when we have been there. I dont need to post a picture, I just post facts. and yes we go out there in sometimes crappy weather, maybe you cant handle that in your "homemade skiff". To everyone else - Nic is still healthy and thriving.
