San Diego Bay Sea Turtles. Anyone gone diving in the bay or have seen?

Hey,
I was researching to find if there were Avicennia marina var. resinifera growing in San Diego, and instead found this information... Well, I read that its a treat there to see sea turtles, so maybe if you want to see some there is a place to. The photo is of a sea turtle entering the bay. They are Chelonia mydas, and hte link has more information. Maybe since the water is warmer there, there could be some interesting fish that you don't generally see where you normally go diving. If anyone goes or has gone, I would love to see photos! And could you please watch out for mangroves if you go there! lol.
