We found a mostly decomposed seal or sea lion with a 6-8' rope tied around its neck and the other end tied around an old boat motor. I guess it could be that someone found a dead sea lion and decided to use it to chum the Olympic?!?
Sorry the pics are so bad. Vis was an optimistic 10' down there today.
