Problem is, i don't have the proper credentials.
i've logged over 80,000nm in these waters, but unfortunately, i've never derived a cent of income from it....
and it sure as heck doesn't help that i quit fishing because the entire sportfishing community declared war against the Channel Island reserves. i had to cut UA loose about 5 years ago...
and since i don't represent any financial interest that is currently exploiting the life in our waters, i really have no valid input to offer the process whatsoever...
unless they allow me to speak on behalf of the inhabitants of our incredible offshore wilderness~!
