On Friday we found 4' vis at 135' out near the HB oil rigs. We found 6-8' vis at 80' on a little wreck out in front of San Pedro. I didn't think I could find any vis on Sat so I went over to Point Vicente looking for the Southern Light and Jenny Lynn. I dropped a weighted line in the water to check vis and the weight disappeared at about 6'. Based on Friday's dives, I assumed this went all the way to the bottom.
I heard Dr Bill reported 10-15' at Casino Point.
Anyone figure out where it's clear? I'm guessing maybe SCI or SBI but that's a hard experiment at $4.01/gal (what I paid on Fri at the fuel dock!).
