So if my dad goes to the mountains with his camera, he will now have to worry about being in police trouble? My dad is half black, but could be mistakened, and is all the time, as being arabic. He also speaks some non-english languages, that could be "suspicious" to some people. I don't think I would ever call the police for someone in possesion of a threatening camera.
