Does anybody know of any dive sites in the San Simeon area? I live in San Francisco, but my mother lives at the Piedras Blancas Lighthouse which is 5 miles north of Hearst Castle. Since I have to drive at least two hours to go diving anyway, it would be great if there was somewhere near my mom's house to dive, so I could visit her and do a dive or two in the same weekend. I am a novice diver but would be interested any any diving in that area for now or in the future. One possiblity would be the San Simen cove where I used to spend my summer days when I was in high school. As anybody dived there?
Any information would be greatly appreciated!
