That's cool. The market place can't impose laws. Only civil authorities
can do that.

Really, legally, a skipper of a boat cannot do much more about illegal
game than notify Fish and Game to meet the boat. While I wouldn't do it to
a skipper, if anyone else ever tells me (after I sign up for the boat)
that they are supposed to enforce Fish and Game laws by checking my game,
I will call the police on them with my cell phone and tell the police that
there is someone impersonating a state police officer, FAG, and would they
meet us at the docks to arrest the person.
