The size of the lunch could be inferred from the size of the diver. Let's just say I'll tow a cooler. K-1 is a single seat Kayak, K-2 two seats, C-1 single seat decked canoe (like a kayak but paddled from a kneeling position with a single blade paddle) C-2, etc. The nomenclature is used in competitive whitewater paddling. I assumed it was common to all kayaking.

You might be right regarding the sit on v sit in, but sit in is more stable, faster and what I'm familiar with, so I want to check it out. Thanks for for the url's, and the invitation. I'll check it out and hope to join you guys to learn the ropes.

Gerry
