I do not dispute your statement about getting a + on a hydro . I have heard that it was possible . I use a Sport Chalet dive center and they told me they do not + tanks . Which dive shop has offered to + your tank ? Their are quite a few guys in my club who dive the low pressure 95's . I am sure they would be interested .
