I'd like to hear more about why a class really means cost of $350. But accepting that price tag for now, there must be some kind of economies of scale. It can't be that five students mean cost of 5 x $350.
Also, I assume the "50" hours that you quote, mostly come from the class but don't grow much with more students. You still only have one class.
