What do we do with this bastard? According tho the San Diego Union, Joel Roberts, a member of the DFG board that advises how to spend ab permit money, was charged with 12 counts including possesion of 129 abs, using SCUBA, off-season hunting, conspiracy, etc. If we let the fox guard the henhouse, are we responsible for the damage done? Who gets to decide what to do with his fine?
