It was indeed great to dive that setup and feel
the difference. Also, from what JJ said I get an
impression, that DIR isn't that orthodox as Mike
is trying to portray it. Long hose is for example
totally optional, he didn't seem to make an issue
of someone prefering to use console instead of
gauges spread around arms. They say it makes more
sense, but it's less likely to kill you, than, for
example lack of backup light in cave or nite-dive.
So there's nothing like: do it our way now or be
"stroked for ethernity". My personal reception
was more of suggestions for improvement. And these
are very good suggestions.

I dove their setup (Terry, thanks for assistance).
It feels good in water. It feels easier to swim.
It may or may not save ones life, but for sure it
will increase bottom time and decrease fatigue
and for me it's enough to consider it a valuable
lesson.

Thank you all guys who made that demo happen.

And special thanks to MHK for not serving
barbecued seahunt's cutlets.

Maciek
