Is there something you're not telling us? 126 fsw for 31'? Was this basically a square profile? Were you breathing air? If yes to both, I'd say you missed a good bit of deco on your first dive, regardless of what your computers said. Perhaps your descent rate was really slow. Could it be that you took 10-15 minutes to work your way down to 126 fsw? If so, there is no way to tell what your actual exposure was without more info. Also, there's no way to answer your question about max BT's for future dives without a depth assumption.
