Depends on which tank spec chart you look at and which tank you really mean.

There is "the Faber 80", a HP tank with supposedly a 3500 psi + rating, which weighs full 32.5 lbs and has empty buoyancy of -7.2 lbs

Then, there is a Faber 80 LP with 77.6 cuft which is 34 lbs and -2.6

Then there's the Scubapro/Faber 78 with 75.8 cuft which weighs 29.5 lbs and -1.7

The HP tank has the best buoyancy characteristics, IMHO. Your chall.
