For me, it only compounds it. My God, if I had to understand your explanation to become a certified diver I'd've flunked the first day!
Despite my inability to grasp the formulas and math, I still don't perceive your explanation as an indictment of computer use as a safety issue in determining NDL's. So what's the primary DIR opposition based on, other than possible electronic failure?
