There is apparently no official SEAL fin. Many still use the Jetfin, though they were recently issued Bio's. The guy I work with really likes them. His comment on the Force Fin was it was OK for long straight line swimming, but for close-in manuevering they were unresponsive and the Teams gave them up pretty quickly.
