I'm seriously not picking on you inasmuch as I'm curious about your dive profile on the Moody..
What was your bottom gas and why did you use 40% to *offgas*???
What was bottom time and what was your total run time..
If we can keep this civil, I promise I'll demonstrate a safer and more efficient way to dive the Moody..
We routinely do the Moody and the minimum bottom time that we have is 30 minutes and I have never been in the water longer than 1 hour...
If you are willing we can use your profiles against mine and we'll illustrate the advantages of using the DIR system in an actual wreck within our waters..
Some on this list have steadfastly made the case that DIR doesn't apply to SoCal and my view is that given the tragic history of the Moody that is the perfect site to use..
I do the Moody about once a month and I would advance the theory that we do it safer and more efficient than any other diver out here...
If you are willing we can compare the dives...
