How important is it for the average basic recreational scuba diver to understand these esoteric, advanced concepts? Should such understanding be a requisite to even be qualified to enter the sport? I honestly believe that ultimately the advances you guys are working on will be incorporated into more reliable, safer diving tools. Until then I suggest we all stay out of the water.
