Are you comparing a typical CA sport dive at the islands
to a dive in the 300 foot depth range or 3000 feet back
in a cave?

In many very meaningful respects the answer is yes...

OBVIOUSLY, there are added risks in a cave or at 300', I'm not disputing that..

But what I'm saying is that if you have a poor attitude, or if you exercise poor judgement WHETHER or not you are at 300', in a cave or at 60' you will get killed.

Chris does NOT exercise the requisite judgement skills to be commenting on this area, nor do you..

You have both admitted to putting safety somewhere on the bottom of the food chain and have placed a higher value on hunting than you do on your own life..

Your last post describing how you will turn on the safety switch for a dive a the Moody is the perfect example..

You can't turn on and off a mindset.. You either acknowledge the importance of diving safety or you don't.. You've made a point, and so has Chris, of acknowledging neither one of you do...

As such, don't talk about choices, unless it's bad or worse....
