Santa Cruz Island fatality - buddy, not solo

Saturday, a 56 year old woman drowned while buddy diving off the charter boat EXPLORER at Santa Cruz Island. How come no doom and gloom posts about this? Could it be because it was a buddy team fatality and not a solo? Just asking.
