F&G shouldn't take any responsibility. Its not their job to make the ocean safe for us. Try suing God. Since ostensibly, he created the sea, and the sharks as well. Or, if you can, sue the Big Bang, or the laws of thermodynamics, or evolution and natural selection, since in the absence of a god, that is supposed to be how all this stuff came to be. Some places & things are just flat-ass dangerous. Hell, i'd like to know which government agency i can sue for the 1994 Northridge earthquake....had some damage to my rock collection. Also, i'd like to know who is responsible for keeping me safe should i decide to walk through Compton on a Friday night while wearing a Confederate Flag T-shirt.
