I find it odd that you would say that a couple of these apply to
Rec diving. Could you clarify how this is so.

This can only apply to Wreck/cave, Not Rec.

I thought this was for OE, Not Rec... unless you consider kelp to be OE.

That again sounds like OE.

Could you clarify how these apply to non-OE diving. Ya know, OE
diving is extremely rare in CA. Just look how far you travel to find
it.

Also, just to clarify...
>D epth - Never exceed your comfort level with respect to depth
Shouldn't that be comfort level or safe depth.
