WHile I think most of us agree that we want our big wreck(s) here in our local waters, it is really up to congress to set the guidlines for disposal of the ships. There are some bills in the house that need to be ammended to include the option of making atrificial reefs out of them. Rodales has a page set up to assist in writing congress about the bills that need to be ammended.
