The Wheel is designed for boat D/Ms telling divers without a computer what their limits for rep dives are.
the wheel was fun to learn, but im not sure it is a good Joe & Sally Diver tool because if they mess up then they get the wrong answer. and if diving nitrox, you would also need an EAD chart, easy enough, but one more thing that could be calculated wrong.
might as well go for the electronic dive computer. its foolproof, except for the batteries.
