You have to think of mutliple dives in one day and/or two day trips.. Even further to the extent that you are talking about a liveaboard trip..
That being said, alot of people use Nitrox within air limits, and I have no problem with that if that is how they choose to use the gas.. I, as I've noted many times, believe that the Buhlman algorithm beds you deep and cleans you up shallow, so by my manipulation of the Buhlman algorithms, my understanding of deco curves and deep stops, I more efficiently use the benefits of the gas...
All of these concpets are covered in a GUE course so is some respects it's not an accurate description to suggest that by me using EANx to EANx tables I've nulllified the safty.. Because A) I wouldn't agree with that in the first place and, B) I manipulate the algorithm to begin with..
