Those skickers are advertisment. They do nothing to asure a person of what is actually in the tank(s). They are propaganda, thats it.
Basic classes are generally busy training in fundamentals skills such as regulator retreivals, mask clearing, buddy diving, ect. Understand that teaching EANX should add hours to the course. All this can't be done in a two day PADI program.
