Have you ever seen anyone have their mask kicked off or knocked off by another divers flailing hand, or even riped from their face in the strong flow through an entry/exit point of a wreck, or even from surge or surf??? Have you ever seen a mask break underwater, maybe way back into one of you wreck dives after a diver slammed his/her face into a pipe or valve? Or how about way back into a cave which may take an hour or more to exit? Have you ever seen a mask implode?
It appears that you appose preperations for such a possible event. In real life these event don't come with a warning sign. They just happen.
In DIR training we prepare divers for real life contingencies. I for one would like to hear what it is you feel is dangerous about GUE training. And I will leave my e-mail address if you care to write me in private. Otherwise PLEASE explain it to the whole BBS.
