Why the MLPA is threat to diving.
If you need any proof that the formations of more ecological reserves will be a threat to our right to dive you need look no farther than page 50 of the current DFG regulations pamphlet.
There are now for reserves that are closed to all uses other than scientific research.
The establishment of more reserves will inevitably close even more areas to diving.
Wildlife conservation would be better served by closing some areas to harvesting, but not giving them full reserve status.
