Do you have copies of the CGA Pamphlets? If not then you do not have access to all the requirements.

The Federal reg's are very clear. If you want 2640 psi in your tank then you need a current + on it.

The bottom line is Air Source will not certify a tank without having the plus on the previous test. That is their policy. Unless you are in the profession I would try to accept that fact is based on Government requirements. Or maybe you should provide an example of another facility that will satisfy your claim.
