What to look for in inflatable

I'm thinking of buying an inflatable, and in fact, I'll be "test-driving" it in a bit. The question is, what should I be looking for?

What do I need to be on the lookout for on the hull? It holds it's air longer than my buddies old zodiac, I know that much.

What should I be looking for on the outboard motor?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
