MHK, nothing to explain really. Wings did lose some gas, but not all
and not so fast that I could not replace it. Yes I had to replace some of
the gas while we made out way back to the down line, no I did not have *lay* on the
inflater to keep gas in the wings. On the ascent I did not have to add any gas to wings
infact as you would expect I had to vent gas, all the while the wings did continue to leak.
On the surface the wings stll leaked but supported me just fine.

This could have been a major problem with ANY wing, if I had not done a few basic things for
example, had we not called the dive or if we would have used our reserve bottom gas any number of
knuckle-head things we could have done could have made the incident much worse no matter which or whose wing
I was using, bottom line its not always good to go with the crowd or make generalized statements about any
topic. Theres enough of that on this board don't you think.
