As a fellow Irishmen may I request that you re-think this course of action???
Narcosis isn't anything to be fooling around with and the notion of acclimatizing yourself to it, absent a qualified support team and/or instructor, prior to class is self-defeating..
Don't worry about looking foolish in front of an instructor, because if you screw up the time to do it is when you have someone with you, not practicing..
Which leads me to my other point, which is, how deep are you planning to go, and what mix will you contemplate using???
