(Oo-Knee). That's sea-urchin,not your great-aunt. I see billions of those nasty critters on the bottom of the ocean, and I know they can be good to eat. Is there a limit on them? What size do they have to be to be edible? How do you pick them up without getting stabbed? Do they all have roe? How do you get the roe out without mucking it up? Can you wait until you get it home? Or is it best to just eat it on the spot?

Also, Is there a difference between scallops and clams? How do you recognise scallops, and where can they be found?
