Haven't been diving in about 6 weeks but have been to the gym frequently and use the bikes, step masters, treadmills and elyptical machines for exercise and cardio workout. I was surprised to find that i still felt week (and a little sore) the day after. What are the best leg exercises for those long surface swims to the Kelp beds?
