I had Ken's agreement reviewed by competent legal counsel and I have had my modified version of his reviewed as well. The opinion of my attorney was that they were good and provided additional protection and the probability of an early dissmissal.

We all know there are no absolutes in the legal system, but we can stack the deck in our favor and do our best to prevent expensive litigation.

As to your position that Ken has changed his position, I think th eopposite is true. By your record of his chronology of waivers, he has always been in favor of waivers and has been refining the waivers to allow them to provide the best protection.
