He went to the effort to contest it and F&G skipped out. That either means that they don't expect people to contest their tickets (which would surprise me given the bigger poaching cases), or that they didn't have a leg to stand on. As he represented the incident, the warden refused to show the violation, just made a declaration that it was short.
That's not how it works in this country.
