I am interested to know how people clean their first and second stage regulators after a dive.

Also, what is the best method for the different types regulators.

I have managed to keep my gear in great shape with thorough cleaning as soon after a dive a possible. However, I know somebody has a better way. I use no chemicals and soak with agitation in fresh water.
